us. Next time you log in, you will be able to view all wholesale pricing
and to place orders online. If you are still not able to view wholesale pricing
and ordering online, please call our customer service at 800-335-8229. Please
check the following functions on our web site to enjoy your online shopping
experience.
Browsing
Simply click on the product type that you wish to browse through, and a page
will appear showing you the products in that category together with thumbnail
images of each item. If there is more than one page in a category, you will
find links that will take you to the rest of the items. If there are sub categories,
then you will get a choice of the subcategories, before you see the products.
Searching
You can use the search facility at any time to search through the entire catalogue
of products to find what you like. For example, to find pewter frame, type pewter
and press the Search button. You will see a list of ALL products with
the word pewter in their name or description.
To see more detailed information for any product together with a larger image,
simply click on either the thumbnail image or the product name. This will take
you to a page where you will see more details, including product features, size,
and weight.
Ordering
Select the item you wish to purchase, then click the Order button, and
the product will be added to your shopping cart. You can continue to browse
and add other items to your cart.
When you are ready to complete your purchase, you can go to the Checkout
page, which you can reach when you add a product, or through a link called Cart
that is on every page. At this point you will be asked to log in. If you are
a new customer, then enter the name and password which you wish to use, and
then complete the rest of the information, and click on the Register button.
If you are already a registered customer, then simply enter your username and
password, and press the Login button. You will be taken to the next page to
confirm the contents of your shopping cart and the shipping. It is possible
to add a secondary address for delivery at this point if you wish for the items
to be sent to another address, for example if you are buying it as a gift, or
wish it to be delivered to your work address. (We only ask for the information
required to complete your order, and we do not share this information with others.)
When you are ready, click the Next button, the next page again confirms the
details, and then asks you to choose your payment method. We accept VISA and
MasterCard and American Express Credit Cards. You can choose which you wish
to use from the drop down list, and complete the rest of the boxes if applicable.
(Note: Credit Card details are recorded on our secure server, and processed
manually the next working day. If there is any difficulty in the processing
of the order, you will be contacted using the details shown on your order record.)
When you are done, click the Complete Order button, and your details
will be sent into the order database. A confirmation page will be shown which
confirms the details, and which can be printed as a record of the order placed.
(There is a link at the bottom to make this a full page form before printing
if you wish).
All payments will be cleared before any merchandise is shipped.
