PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Master, American Express and Discover.
All payments will be cleared before any merchandise is shipped.
SHIPMENT
All shippments are delivered by UPS. Available options include ground, 3 day
select, 2nd day air and next day air. UPS ground is the basic and economic delivery
service for general needs.
DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE CLAIMS
Please make sure to check the package upon its arrival and refuse the damaged
package. All inside damage or shortage must be reported to us within 48 hours
after receiving the merchandise.
WARRANTEE
We offer our customer with validated warranties for certain items. If not specified,
the warrantee is 90 days parts with labor and one year parts only. C. A. I.
Industries Co. will not be responsible for any damage due to improper use. Any
unauthorized repairment will damage the warrantee term.
RETURN
Your satisfaction is our goal. For returned item, we refund the original purchase
price less the original shipping cost. Return merchandise must be unused and
in its original package with good condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged
for returns after 15 days of the invoice date. All returns must be pre-arranged
by calling 1-800-234-8583 and we reserve the right to refuse any returns without
authorization. No return will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.
